Delete Your TeleBangla Account
This page explains how to request account deletion for TeleBangla and what happens to your data. It is provided for Google Play policy compliance and user transparency.
Important information before deletion
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Once deleted, you may lose access to recharge history, drive offers, rewards, and support chats linked to your account.
- You may request deletion from inside the app (if available) or by this web form/email request.
For account safety, we may ask for identity verification before processing deletion requests.

What we delete, and what we may retain
Data deleted or anonymized after approval:
- Profile and account identifiers linked to your TeleBangla user account.
- In-app preferences and non-required personal metadata.
- Optional uploaded documents/media not required by law.
Data that may be retained for legal or operational reasons:
- Financial, recharge, payment, dispute, and audit records required by law/regulation.
- Security/fraud-prevention logs, limited to compliance and risk-control needs.
- Records needed to enforce legal obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent abuse.
We process deletion requests within 7-15 business days after successful verification. Retained records are stored only for required retention periods.
